Betony Privacy Policy
Effective: October 2, 2026. Betony is developed by Ivan Borovets, sole proprietor (FOP), Kyiv, Ukraine ("we").
The short version: your data stays on your device. We don't collect anything.
What Betony stores
Symptoms, metrics, medications, notes, and settings you log are stored only on your device. Your device's own backups (such as iCloud Backup) may include Betony's data under Apple's terms — we have no access to it.
What we collect
Nothing. Betony has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no servers. We cannot see, access, sell, or share your health data — it never reaches us.
Purchases
Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple. We receive anonymized transaction information from Apple (what was purchased, when) and no payment details.
Notifications
Reminders are scheduled locally on your device and never leave it.
Your data, your control
Export everything to CSV at any time from Settings. Deleting the app deletes all locally stored data (and iCloud copies can be removed via your device's iCloud settings).
Children
Betony is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the current version will always be at betonyapp.com/privacy with an updated date.
